Website Policies and Terms for Shipping, Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policies

Ordering

 

  • Your Online Order will come to us through a Secured Server. We assure you that your information is secure here at our store and will only be accessible to the staff members handling your request. We will not sell, rent, or give away your name or contact information to anyone.

  • We take great care when packing your order. You can be assured your item will arrive in great and new condition.

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • Your order will be packed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of receipt. Yet oftentimes, orders are shipped out the next day. The order will be confirmed by e-mail, along with a tracking number.

  • We ship all domestic packages via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Once a package status shows as Delivered from the carrier, we are not responsible for a package(s) lost or stolen from your residence or delivery location. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the security of their package once delivered.

  • International orders are shipped first class international shipping via USPS when possible.  We do not insure international shipments. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed international packages as delivery to countries other than the US as there is little way to track down lost packages. The US postal service tracks these packages until they are sent abroad, and there is often little information available to us after that time.

Sales Policy: Returns & Exchanges

Restore Items: These items have been restored due to damage at our warehouse. They come with slight scratches, chips, and cracks that are oftentimes not viewable by the naked eye. Restored items are guaranteed under our "Love em' or return em'" policy. If you don't love your restored item, contact us within 15 days of your order, and we will return your money, no questions asked. We even cover your return shipping.

 

All Other Items and Services in Our Store: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items or services. All sales are final.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are not accepted once an item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your items, please contact us immediately at support@pjourni.com, and we will do our best to cancel your item before it is processed.

Damages
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will be happy to replace them or exchange them for you free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days from the time of your order, and we'll make arrangements. Please save all packaging and the damaged product. If a box is delivered with visible damage, please indicate that when signing for the package.

We will not be able to accommodate any damage requests after 15 days.
